Project #5

This section is just to give insight on my first ethnography project assigned to do. I stated by choosing my favorite location of Starbucks Coffee House I started in early in the morning on a Saturday around 8 am, stayed until 5 pm and observed. 
Its seems that in the morning the coffee shop is very busy place with baristas working at their fastest in production line with someone in the drive through window one in the expresso machine one doing cold drinks and one in the pastry and check out. First real observation is the people walking in the morning are joggers or work out enthusiast who are in work out gear, following them are families who come and sit with books and newspapers. Seems children are accustom to not speaking with parents but the families drink their coffees or drink of choice. At around 12pm more formal subjects arrive in suites and computers look like business professionals, either doing interview or some sort of work. In the evening around 2-5pm there are a multitude of college and high school students with books and laptop diligently doing work.
